- Higher rates may apply for calls
completed to international cellular phones.
- An additional fee may be deducted
for every call placed from a pay phone.
- Call Details provided by our servers about the usage
of a prepaid phone are final and will be considered
authentic record/proof about the usage of a card.
- All sales are final. Phone card pins, once issued/revealed
are Non Refundable, Non Transferable and Non Exchangeable.
Phone cards have no cash value.
- Calling rates, billing increments,
fees, taxes, and other charges are subject to change
any time, without notice. GLT will not be responsible
or liable for any change in calling rates, billing
increments, fees, taxes, and other charges.
- GLT does not guarantee call quality
or connectivity, and will not be responsible or liable
for reimbursement of lost minutes or reduction in
the stored value of any prepaid card. Connection to
a wrong number is a valid call.
- Service outages extending over few
hours to a couple of days may occur. GLT will not
be liable for such outage, and customers shall have
no right to any refund, credit, compensation or damages
from GLT because of service outage or any other situation
arising out of service outage.
- Unless other specified, all rates
apply to calls originating from United States of America
(48 contiguous states).
- A per call connection fee may be applicable
on certain phone cards.
- Rates/Minutes information is based
on entire card being used in one single call.
- Monthly, bi-monthly, weekly or other
maintenance fees & taxes may apply on certain
phone cards.
- GLT reserves the right to issue store
(web site) credit in lieu of credit on credit/debit
card of the customer.
- There is a $ 2.00 fee to cancel a
transaction before issue of pins. Transaction cannot
be canceled after issue of pins.

No Refunds:
Great link Telecom shall not be obligated to provide any refunds
for unauthorized use or for deficiency in the quality or availability
of telecommunications services. Buyer assumes all risks immediately
upon purchase of the card. Prepaid cards sold are non-refundable
and have no surrender value.
Security Issues:
This site has security measures (SSL) in place to protect
the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our
control. GLT however shall not be responsible for the security
of your data or for fraudulent use of credit card to make
purchases on this web site nor shall GLT be obligated to make
refunds or to provide any compensation where such fraudulent
use occurs.GLT will actively cooperate with law enforcement
authorities in prosecuting any one who uses this web site
or products/services sold over this web site for unlawful

Dispute Resolution:
Dispute arising from purchase on this web site or relating
to this agreement, if not settled by the parties in good faith,
may at their discretion, be submitted for arbitration to American
Arbitration Association (AAA) at their offices in New York.
All disputes, including interpretation of Arbitration Award
shall be subject to laws of State of NY, and jurisdiction
shall reside with Federal and State Court in New York. Prevailing
party in the dispute shall be entitled to, in addition to
any damages or relief, to reasonable expenses and attorney
fees from the other party.
Sever ability of Provisions:
In the event that any section or portion of this agreement
is deemed unenforceable by a judicial authority having jurisdiction
over the matter, such section or portion shall be deleted
form the Agreement, and the Agreement shall be enforced as
if that section or portion was not a part of the Agreement
in the first instance.
Limitations Related to Unlimited Plans:
Inconsistent with Normal Use.
Purpose to provide these calling plans is to provide clean gimmick free service to our user’s so they can rely on some thing solid honest & professional in the market contrary to almost all other calling cards and calling long distance deals in the Markey today.
These unlimited plans are created basically to provide residential services, there are certain criteria’s and limitation’s associated to residential unlimited calling plans gentle honest use but absolutely no abuse to the system is permitted if commercial traffic is detected account will be blocked & penalties will apply, absolutely no refund will be offered. Absolutely no third party conference call’s using our unlimited calling plans.
If you use the service or the device in a way that is inconsistent with the normal use for your service or plan, you will be required, at GLT’s sole discretion, to pay the rates for the service or plan that would apply to the way you used the service or device, or terminate the plan. For example, if you subscribe to one of our residential service plans, and you are notified that your usage is inconsistent with normal residential use, you may thereafter be required to pay our higher rates for commercial service for all periods in which your use of our service or the device was inconsistent with normal residential use.
Monthly unlimited plans are permitted unlimited minutes to call any Land line home phone numbers in Pakistan for the whole month period FOR RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY “PTCL numbers” plus 1500 minutes time associated with all other Mobile phone networks.
One day Pass customers are permitted Unlimited minutes for Pakistan home phone lines FOR RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY “PTCL numbers” & 150 minutes time associated with all other Mobile phone networks during 12 hours or permitted usage period for unlimited calls. Usage over these levels or other inconsistent use will result, in GLT’s sole discretion, in immediate mandatory transfer to another appropriate plan, suspension or termination of service. You acknowledge that if your service is terminated under this provision, you are subject to all applicable termination charges. Time frame, Rates, Fees, policies vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
Service Distinctions.
Our service is not a telecommunications service, and we provide it on a best efforts basis. There are important distinctions between a telecommunications service and our service. Our service is subject to different regulatory treatment than a telecommunications service. This treatment may limit or otherwise affect your rights of redress before regulatory agencies.
Residential Use of Service and Device.
If you subscribe to our Unlimited Calling Plans Monthly or One Day Pass service plans, we provide you with service and the device solely for normal residential, non-commercial use.
We reserve the right and may change the terms and conditions of this agreement from time to time. By subscribing to our service, you agree that we may provide to you by use of electronic communications required notices, agreements, and other information concerning services of GLT including changes to this agreement. We may give you notice of a change by posting the change on the home page of our website’s. Such notices will be considered given and effective on the date posted.
