Call Happy is a prepaid service, where you decide the denomination that you would like to sign up for.

Your long distance account will be immediately activated upon authorization of credit card.
You can start making calls immediately after you sign up.

Every time you place a call the system will read you your account balance and minutes to the destination you call. As you make calls, we deduct the cost of the call from the initial amount you paid us when you signed up. (Time, minutes, charge amount, origination number, destination number of each call made is available through "Customer Account Login"

When your account hits $3, our system will automatically recharge your account to the initial sign up amount. (Recharge mode may be changed at any time through "Customer Account Login."

Calls can be made from any phone - Never get Over Charged or run out of Minutes -

Register your Home, Cell and other frequently used phone numbers

At Call Happy we realize that your time is very valuable, and we want to use our service as effortless as possible. We have set up some features that will eliminate some of the steps mentioned below, so you can make calls just like you would from your home phone, and still save.


Step C :-

Placing a Call from a Instant Access Phone Number eg. Home, Cell etc.

Dial Access Number (Toll Free or Local Access)
Followed by the Phone number you wish to call


Placing a Call from a Non-Instant Access Phone Number e.g. Payphone or Hotel phone, etc.

Dial Access Number (Toll Free or Local Access)
Dial Account or Pin Number (followed by #)
Followed by the Phone number you wish to call & press #. 

To Place another call without hanging up: Dial ##

To Place redial a number without hanging up: Dial *#

If your call does not go through the first time. Do not hang up. Dial ## to disconnect the previous call, and Dial *# to redial the same number using a different carrier.

Every time you place a call, the system will read you your account balance and minutes to the destination you call.

If you run out of minutes, our system will automatically recharge your account to the initial sign up amount.

Detailed Call Information

Information on each call made. Date and Time of call, origination number, destination number, minutes used, and amount charged.
